Shorecare provides Habilitation Services that are designed to assist clients in acquiring, retaining and improving the self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully at home and in community-based settings. Our team of caring and compassionate caregivers specializes in providing superior care to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.

Shorecare offers one-on-one assistance in areas listed but not limited to:

  • Academics (Homework, reading and writing)
  • Daily Living Activities
  • Community Access/Events
  • Life Skills

Shorecare services include assistance with retention and improvement in skills related to activities of daily living (ADL’s), such as personal grooming and cleanliness, bed making and household chores, eating and the preparation of food, and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable the you or a loved one to reside in the comfort of your home.
Shorecare also offers one-on-one assistance in areas such as Academics (Homework, reading and writing), Community Access/Events and Life Skills.
